"LEST WE FORGET"
"Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few"
Winston Churchill, 1940
This speech was to the British House of Commons on August 20, 1940. It was to honor the Royal Air Force for the heroic defeat of the Germans in "The Battle of Britian".
I think it applies now to all the fallen heroes of America who have given their all for freedom.
Today we are involved in another war. Many think that we should have appeased Saddam Hussien. For those American liberals and European weaklings, I am going to quote another Churchill gem.
"Each one (appeasers) hopes if it feeds the crocodile enough, the corcodile will eat him last"
Winston Churchill, 1940
