More Berger questions
If this investigation is going on since last fall, why didn't he tell John Kerry???
He was the former National Security Advisor. Does he know that removing classified documents is illegal, regardless of whether it is inadvertant or not?
A question by an idiot liberal on Hannity/Colmes to Ann Coulter. "Do you know he committed a crime"? He admitted on national TV this evening that the removed the documents. Whether intententual or not...IT IS STILL A CRIME!!!

I know of what I speak. I handled and secured classified document in the USAF for years. This is SERIOUS... The penalties are serious jail time.
Why would a man of his wealth, fame and stature risk it all to steal classified documents to hide them from the 9/11 Commission? There has to be something very serious in those document that would incriminate him or Bill Clinton. Something treasonous or libelous? Something that would have brought down the Clinton presidency if it was known? Something that will cripple Kerry's bid for the presidency?
The penalties he is facing is SERIOUS jail time.
