Did Sandy Berger Succeed?

We keep hearing from all the Clintonista talking heads that the 9/11 Commission saw all the documents Sandy Berger took. How do we know that? Do we know all the documents he took from the archives?.

He supposedly took some and then brought them back. How do we know the documents were there when they were reviewed by the commission? Or did Berger succeed in removing them just long enough to preclude viewing by the commission?

Perhaps a review of the documents actually surveyed by the commision versus the ones he removed is in order.

Another question: How could one "inadvertently" do this three times??
